Chocolate Brownie
Tonight, I am sharing a delicious chocolate brownie recipe that is still very simple. As you have probably understood, I am a chocolate fan!
Ingredients
– 125 g dark baking chocolate
– 100 g butter
– 100 g flour
– 175 g granulated sugar
– 75 g brown cane sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat, mix the sugars, butter, salt, and chocolate broken into pieces. Stir well until you get a smooth mixture, remove from the heat, and let it cool.
Once the mixture is cold, add the eggs and the vanilla extract, then mix. Next, add the sifted cocoa, baking powder, and flour.
Pour into a buttered pan and bake the chocolate brownie in an oven preheated to 180°C (gas mark 6) for 25 minutes. The top should be nice and crisp.
You can enjoy this chocolate brownie with custard, whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream.
