Quick and Easy Chocolate Cake
Today I am going to give you a quick and easy chocolate cake recipe that I make quite often. It is incredibly simple and ultra fast.
What you need for this quick and easy chocolate cake:
– 120 g butter + 1 knob for the pan
– 200 g dark baking chocolate
– 150 g sugar
– 4 eggs
– 80 g flour + a little for the pan
– 1 20 cm pan
Melt the butter with the chocolate cut into pieces, using either a double boiler or the microwave, depending on your preference.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, then the flour. Add the melted chocolate to this mixture and stir well with a wooden spatula.
Butter and lightly flour your pan. Pour the batter into it. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F / gas mark 6). Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and unmold it.
There you go, it is ready! I told you it was ultra fast, didn’t I!?
You can decorate it however you like! That day, I had chosen buttercream and sugar paste butterflies.
