LEGOLAND Florida<\/strong> is a park we already knew well, and to be honest, it was one we mostly appreciated when the kids were younger. Less crowded than the big Orlando parks, simpler, easier to manage, and with a genuinely family-friendly atmosphere. But after going back recently, we discovered a park that has clearly evolved.<\/p>\n

Between new experiences such as SEA LIFE Aquarium<\/strong>, the nearby Peppa Pig Theme Park<\/strong>, additional attractions such as the Galacticoaster<\/strong>, and a more complete overall offer than before, LEGOLAND Florida<\/strong> has successfully renewed itself in recent years. And above all, we had a real surprise: the experience now feels much more varied and enjoyable, even with children who are getting older.<\/p>\n

So, is LEGOLAND still worth it in 2026? Is it still a good choice compared with Disney or Universal? And above all, does it still work when the kids are no longer very small? Here is our opinion after this new visit.<\/p>\n

The Galacticoaster: the new ride to try<\/h3>\n

One of the newest additions, the Galacticoaster, is definitely catching everyone\u2019s attention. This ride brings a bit more thrill to a park that remains very family-friendly overall. It\u2019s an accessible coaster \u2014 not too extreme, but dynamic enough to appeal to older kids\u2026 and even parents. It\u2019s actually one of the park\u2019s first indoor coasters since opening, which adds a real new dimension to the overall experience.<\/p>\n

The themed universe is very immersive, true to the LEGO spirit, with a \u201cspace mission\u201d atmosphere that begins as soon as you enter the attraction and continues all the way through launch. The intensity builds progressively, which means even kids who are a little hesitant can still give it a try.<\/p>\n

This is clearly the kind of attraction that fills a gap LEGOLAND was missing: a more energetic experience without losing the park\u2019s family-friendly feel. However, as is often the case here, the ride itself is fairly short. You enjoy every second of it, but it doesn\u2019t last very long, which usually leaves you wanting to ride again\u2026 and maybe even a third time!<\/p>\n

Another great point: wait times generally stay reasonable compared to the major theme parks, which means you can enjoy the attraction without too much frustration. Overall, it\u2019s a really fun experience and definitely a ride you shouldn\u2019t miss during your visit!<\/p>\n

Sea Life: A Great Surprise<\/h3>\n

Another new addition you shouldn\u2019t miss is SEA LIFE Florida, located right at the entrance of LEGOLAND Florida Resort. It\u2019s a real bonus, especially in Florida, where the heat or sudden rain showers can quickly interrupt your day. Here, you have a fully indoor, air-conditioned experience that\u2019s perfect for starting the day or taking a break anytime.<\/p>\n

The visit itself is fairly short (plan for around 30 to 45 minutes), but it fits perfectly into a day at LEGOLAND without slowing down the pace. It\u2019s also a very good option at the beginning or end of the day to avoid the crowds.<\/p>\n

Located right next to LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Peppa Pig Theme Park is an excellent option for families with young children. Unlike the larger theme parks, everything here is designed at their level: the rides are gentle, accessible, and age-appropriate, allowing little ones to fully enjoy the experience without frustration.<\/p>\n
