Nothing is better than homemade, especially when it comes to cookies! After several tries, I found a simple, quick, and honestly delicious recipe. I am sharing it with you today.<\/p>\n
Ingredients for about ten large cookies:<\/strong><\/p>\n – 1 medium egg<\/strong><\/p>\n – 130 g very soft butter<\/strong><\/p>\n – 200 g dark chocolate<\/strong><\/p>\n – 180 g flour<\/strong><\/p>\n – 1 teaspoon baking powder<\/strong><\/p>\n – 100 g brown sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n – 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla extract<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n Using a wooden spoon, mix the softened butter with the sugars. Then add the beaten egg and the vanilla, then add the flour all at once (previously mixed with the baking powder). Finish with the chocolate chips.<\/p>\n You can find ready-made chocolate chips in many shops. But what I prefer are homemade chocolate chunks made from a chocolate bar that I break into large pieces!!<\/p>\n Once everything is mixed together, shape balls the size of a large walnut with your fingers without smoothing them. Put them in the freezer for a good half hour.<\/p>\n
